Paul Evans Cityscape Credenza, American, circa 1960s. Executed in beautifully burled maple and aluminum. This piece is a versatile size and can be used as a credenza, cabinet, buffet, media center, or bar in a living area, or as a dresser or chest in a bedroom.
It has two sets of double doors that open to reveal a voluminous amount of storage with adjustable shelves. While unsigned and rather rare, this piece is a documented Paul Evans design, with the last example coming to auction over ten years ago at Wright Auction, March 31, 2011, lot 307.
