Italian Mid-Century Modern chandelier with twelve pieces of hand blown tear drop shaped art glass pieces on metal mount. Designed in the style of Gino Vistosi, who not only worked on the small Venetian island of Murano but even was born on the island in 1925. Each piece has milky white glass encased in smooth, clear glass shaped like a tear drop or, to some eyes, a female breast. Metal hardware with twelve small hooks, one hook for each piece of glass. Each piece of glass is handmade so tiny variations in size and shape are to be expected. Both metal and all glass pieces are in beautiful condition.
