English geometric front oak server comprising two drawers and baluster legs from the late 19th century. This English dark oak server features a rectangular molded top with carved cornice, sitting above two geometric molded drawers, whose divided décor gives the impression that we are in the presence of four drawers. Bobbin motifs punctuate the ensemble, thus creating a beautiful contrast between their rounded lines and the general linearity of the drawers’ decor. The server is raised on five legs, the three in the front being balusters while the ones in the back are straight. The legs are connected to one another with a strengthening side stretcher on three sides. With its dark oak finish and exquisite silhouette, this English, 1880-1900s sideboard will bring a traditional touch to any home, from a living room to a dining room.
