Handsome 18th century Spanish colonial library table or refectory table fronted by a single drawer. The carved oak case is supported by turned bobbin style legs and conjoined on the bottom with a box stretcher ending with bun feet. The latter top has a interesting inlay of lighter and darker woods. This farmhouse style was originally used as a work or refectory table but could make use as a desk or writing table. Also, the piece has a wonderful patina that showcases the different wood grains.
